RUEL GUANZON, P.E.
Principal
Ruel is a licensed professional engineer (electrical) in Arizona and a former certified NETA Level III Technician. He has over twenty (20) years of experience in Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Apparatus and Protection System.
Expert on transformers, breakers, microprocessor and electro-mechanical relays, all acceptance and maintenance testing.
WILLIAM HARKER
TEST ENGINEER
Bill has more than 30 years of experience in testing relays, breakers, substation transformers, and large synchronous motors. He was instrumental in the upgrade, testing and commissioning of electromechanical relays at Central Arizona Project’s pumping and generating plants.
CONRAD HERNANDEZ, P.E.
CONSULTING ENGINEER
Conrad is a PSALM consulting engineer. He is a licensed professional engineer (electrical) in Arizona and California.
He has over 33 year experience in designing, start up, testing, and commissioning of power system for industrial plants, private and public utilities. He was a former Westinghouse field service engineer and is currently the protective relays supervisor at Central Arizona Project.
